4. Quotations & Pricing

5. Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any booking, as specified in your written quotation or invoice.
The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of the event and forfeiture of the deposit.

All payments must be made in GBP via approved payment methods.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations must be made in writing.
Refunds, if applicable, will depend on the cancellation notice period and any costs already incurred with suppliers or third parties.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing by IdeaGala.

If an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond our control (including, but not limited to, extreme weather, transport disruption, venue failure, supplier insolvency, or government restrictions), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.
However, IDEAGALA LIMITED shall not be held liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from such circumstances.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for planning and delivery.
We are not liable for delays, failures, or losses resulting from incorrect or missing information supplied by the client.

The client must comply with all venue regulations, safety requirements, and applicable laws during the event.

8. Limitation of Liability

IDEAGALA LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific event or service concerned.

We are not responsible for actions, omissions, or defaults of any third-party suppliers, contractors, or venues engaged as part of the event.

9. Force Majeure

IDEAGALA LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, supplier failure, or public emergencies.

All materials, designs, images, and written content displayed on the IdeaGala website are the intellectual property of IDEAGALA LIMITED.
